Vic was a beautiful soul. A gifted artist who could play any type of music on the piano with ease. A woodworker who created wondrous products to admire. An experienced and polished photographer whose photos were incredible - whether they be of the Eiffel Tower, or pebbles on the street in front of his house.
He saw beauty all around him, and he saw good in everyone he knew. He lived for today and always believed in a better tomorrow. He was playful and funny, yet could speak from his heart in a genuine fashion.
He was truly one of a kind. I don't think I'll have the good fortune of meeting anyone quite like him again. He is sorely missed.
To Jille, to Frank, Damon and families.... I'm so sorry for your loss.

I was saddened to hear of Vic's passing. I have worked with Vic in a professional capacity for over 20 years and have considered him a friend as well. I knew from conversations we had recently that he was struggling. I am glad that he is at peace now and will always cherish memories of him. My condolences to his family.

Jille and family,
I don't remember ever not knowing Victor. We grew up just a few houses apart and as a child I spent a lot of time in his house. I'll always remember Vic as always being in a good mood, a great sense of humor and a friend to all who knew him. The last time I talked to Victor we spent an hour remembering the funny things that occurred during our childhood. I'm sad that we won't have anymore of those conversations. My deepest sympathy to his family and friends.

Dear Jille and family, I met Victor in first grade and I've known him my whole life. What a talented funny and kind man he was. He is sorely missed by so many people who love him. I am blessed I can call him my friend. I know he has been struggling since his surgery and I'm happy that struggle is over. His many many friends will give you an idea of the person he was to us. Keeping your family in my prayers.

To all those who knew Victor-
He is fond in my memories. A friend from the moment we met. An ally in truth and a confident of fairness. Never one not to find the humor in life or to not support one with love. He gave an example to have a zest to experience life and enjoy sharing his joy. He watched out for the little ones he knew.... I would know. May you all have dear thoughts and prayers for my friend and his family.
My prayers are with you all.
