Though I didn't know Vic Macks well, I did have the pleasure of enjoying his easy demeanor & sailing skills when he welcomed newly rated, or any, ASI keelboat sailor to join him through his weekly sails on Lake St Clair. From the obituary information, what a meaningful & adventurous life he led. With condolences to his loved ones, may he rest in peace.

All of the Chimney Corners staff are sending you our love and prayers as you mourn the loss of Vic. Things won't be quite the same without him here.
He is one of the few that has never missed a visit since I started 30 years ago! We will all miss him.
