Dear Maureen, Louise, Andrea, Oscar and all the Family,
It is with great sadness to know that our dear cousin has passed away.
On behalf of my mum and all the family I extend our deepest heartfelt sympathies to you all.
Victor left us very early but we take courage knowing he is resting in Gods Heavenly Kingdom free of pain and suffering .
Victor will be greatly missed by us all but will be fondly remembered for the wonderful and fun times we shared together as cousins in Kenya.
Victor was a wonderful person very talented and creative! A man of few words but always enjoyed a great joke and loved to party !
I will always remember my last unforgettable trip we made to Mombasa and Malindi with Victor ,my late cousin Stephen DeSouza and late Victor DeSouza before we parted to take ourelves to Europe !
Maureen and all the family I know that time is a healer but remember when the person you are closest to is gone, hold onto the memories and know that Victor will always be with you all.
Take care each of you.
With our fondest love and wishes,
Aunt Bella, Pascal, Tiffany, Kirsten, Darryl and family.

I will always remember Victor kindly taking me out from the National Heart Hospital when mum (florrie) was dying. I was 12 and his calm words in the midst of a busy London restaurant (wimpy!) will be forever in my memory.
My two boys are now proficient in BBQ techniques thanks to all the inspiring tips given to them by Victor.
Thinking of you at this time Maureen, Louise, Andrea and all the family.
Love,
Neale Susie Tom and Ben.

Dearest Maureen and Family,

Words seem so feeble at a moment like this. We are shocked and saddened to hear of Victors passing. We cannot comprehend your loss, but we stand alongside you during this sad time and pray that Our Lord gives you the strength. May Victors soul Rest in Peace.

Victor was my classmate and close friend through high school. I had the good fortune to share and gain a wealth of his creative thinking through the many projects we worked on together during our high school years at St. Teresas Boys School, Eastleigh, The CRIB at Christmas being one of them.

Victor was a man of few words, and expressed himself beautifully with the stroke of his paint brush.

Yours in sorrow
With love and God bless,

Our love.prayers and condolences to all of you at this emotional and difficult time,
May you take comfort that his soul rests in peace,
We remember Victor well from our trip to Napa in long ago 1989.
He was a kind, intelligent, family loving person, with a quiet sense of fun.
He achieved a great family and excellent at his career, and lots of friends,
He also cooked a super barbeque and loved his sports and darts.

Victor was a great communicator. He wasnt a man of many words, but the words he spoke resonated. He had a soft spoken voice, but he didnt need a loud voice to be heard. And he was a great listener, even during those times when you didnt think he was paying attention. His words were always poignant, meaningful and often thought-provoking. I will definitely miss Victors words of advice! Most of all, I will miss that dry sense of humor and the wry smile that came to his face!

Victor was not overly emotional and was not a man of grand gestures, yet he had a way of exuding warmth and love. Victor always made me feel loved and appreciated. And I only hope he knew how much I loved, respected and appreciated him right back!

Victor, I know youre guiding us all from heaven (this time, without any backseat drivers and traffic irritations)! And I promise you, I will be here for Maureen.

Ill miss you, Victor! Thank you for everything!

Lots of love,
Jackie

Victor, you truly were one of a kind. A gentle giant and a man with a big heart. You and Maureen beautifully compliment each other in every way.

Although you were a man of few words, the words you said would resonate as you were often a voice of reason and objective thought.

Your passion for design was evident in the way you spoke about buildings and you were a good mentor for Gerard especially in his early years of his career.

We will truly miss you Victor. You can rest easy now knowing you left the world in a much better place than before you came along.

Dear Maureen and family,
Please accept our sympathies on the loss of your dear Victor. We grew up in the same neighbourhood in Nairobi, Kenya and were classmates in school and college. Always remember his football talent in goal and his sprinting in athletics. In the classroom his artistic capability shone brightly. So sorry we have not been able to meet since we left college as we would have plenty to talk about.
Will pray that he finds in the presence of the forgiving Lord.

One of my favorite memories from when I was a kid that Ill never forget about Victor was the face he made upon hearing the news that he had missed Barry Bonds hitting a home run splash hit because he had been using the facilities. I will never forget Andrea and Louise both disappointingly saying in unison, DAAAAAD! Where were you for that?! while Maureen just chuckled and shook her head. His face said a million things that words couldnt, and I loved that about him. Id like to think that his version of heaven includes a stadium where he can watch home runs happen whenever he wants. Thanks for all the memories, advice, and lessons over the years, Victor. You will truly be missed.
