Vic,
I have so many great memories of you. Thank you for providing me so much encouragement, support, friendship, and a home away from home—especially during the college years. Of all the influences I’ve had, you stand with the best role models I’ve ever seen and will ever see. From you I learned that one can accomplish difficult feats and still find time to laugh and experience joy along the way. Sometimes you were the source of that joy and laughter by providing such good company and conversation, which I will miss tremendously. Thanks for your generosity, and most of all, thanks for treating me like a son. Your many great qualities rubbed off on me more than you ever knew, and in that way your legacy will continue. Until we meet again…

Our Dearest Uncle Vic –
Every person you meet makes an impression and offers qualities that you can decide to emulate in your daily routine. My Uncle Vic taught me how to work hard, be proud of my accomplishments, but at the same time, not to take life too seriously. His glowing smile, his funny jokes and his charm offered so much to this world and he had a positive impact on everyone that he touched. I truly enjoyed his company and Alexi and Ally adored his welcoming good nature. You will always be fondly remembered for your loving heart, warm spirit and generous soul. Keep smiling down on us and reminding us to laugh.
We all love you and miss you,
Gerti and Sig Perz

In loving memory to a great brother-in-law and friend. And a true friendship it was. You were always ready to hit the road to come and see us for family occasions. No distance was too far for you to travel, whether it was from Denver to Chicago or Denver to Los Angeles. There are countless beautiful memories of trips in the mountains. You showed us Colorado like nobody else could. You will always be dear in our hearts and greatly missed.

Dear Grandpa,
You were my best friend especially when i was growing up, and you gave some of the best advice that I will ever receive. I'll always remember you and keep living each day with your words of wisdom and I wont do anything that you wouldnt do. I'll also miss all of your jokes that were sometimes corny but always put a smile on my face. I'll miss your stubborness and you making me mad... even though i couldnt stay mad at you for longer than a minute. I'll miss driving with you since I have always loved driving and you used to let me hold the weel ever since i was 7, and I wish that you could have been there to see me when i finally get my license. Im sorry that you had to suffer before your death, because I know thats one thing you wanted was to die peacefully and painless. I hope you are having fun up in heaven with your parents and shepy.. running around like you used to. I'll really miss just talking to you and hearing the sound of your voice and your lagh... that was like earnie's from sesame street. I remember always going to your house every single day when I was little... and watching the Big Comfy Couch and Sesame Street, Elmos World, and The Magic School Bus. And Id always make you watch them with me. Then going in the wagon to the park in the summer and swinging on the swings. If I could re-live any moment, I would want to re-live one with you when I was younger. I hope that you rest peacefully and that your soul lives on in heaven forever... and remember your promise of visiting me (when I was ten you promised) once you died. I love you and miss you a lot and I will always think of you throughout my life and tell my own children and grandchildren some of your wonderful stories you used to tell me when I was younger, and how lucky I was to have grandparents like you and grandma. Thank you for everything youve done and given me, you'll always be in my heart. I love you with all my heart.
