Dad...
What a topsy turvy lifetime we shared! We had our share of good times and not so good times. I learned hard lessons along the way. But I am so thankful that we were able to reconcile and create new and lasting memories that I will be drawing on during this sorrowful time in my life. I will miss our puzzle times, our Sunday church time, Bear's football games, Sunday dinners and family gatherings. I am grateful for the love we shared during these times. They say that grief is the price we pay for love. And although my heart hurts that we cannot share these times together now, I do know that you are made whole again and that we will be reunited in God's kingdom...and will never have to part again. Until that day, I will smile each time our memories together come to mind. I love and miss you, Dad...
