Victoria Anne Graves

Victoria "Vicky" Graves, beloved mother, sister, grandmother, aunt & friend, met St. Peter at the pearly gates on July 12, 2025 at the age of 67. She passed peacefully at her home in Yukon, OK.

Born on October 5, 1957 in Spokane, Vicky grew up in Tacoma & Lake Stevens. She began her education at Seward Elementary in Tacoma and graduated from Lake Stevens High School in 1976. Vicky dedicated her professional life to teaching. She worked for many years as a special education teacher at Marysville Pilchuck H.S. Her patience, compassion & unwavering commitment to her students left a lasting impact on countless young lives. She and Denny raised their 3 daughters in Marysville, where she served a term on the school board. Her & Denny later bought their retirement dream home and moved to Arlington. She also assisted her parents in running their business, Lew's Two-Way Communications, until Dwayne's passing. In 2023, Vicky moved to Yukon, OK to be closer to her daughters, son-in-law & grandchildren.

She was a woman of deep faith and a devoted member of the Church of Latter-Day Saints. Her gentle spirit, generosity & strength were a comfort to those who knew her.

Vicky was preceded by her loving husband Denny Graves, her parents Dwayne & Patty Lewis & brother Danny Lewis. She is survived by her 3 daughters: Katie Graves, Martha (Darin) Park & Sandy Graves, all of Yukon, OK. Her 2 cherished grandchildren Andrea & Tyler, her brother Johnny (Brenda) Lewis & many cousins, nieces & nephews who will remember her with warmth & wisdom.

Vicky's life was one of service, kindness & quiet strength. She will be deeply missed and forever loved. Donations can be made in her name to Leah's Dream Foundation (leahsdream.org).

A memorial service will be held at Weller Funeral Home in Arlington, Saturday August 9th at 11am.
