To My Beautiful Wife - I didn't marry you so that I could live with you. I married you because I couldn't live without you. I may not be your first date, your first kiss, or your first love, but I just want to be your last everything forever. Today would have been your 81st birthday, but one day is like a star in the universe relative to our spirits' time together yet to come. Happy Birthday my love.

I just finished this cross stitch in honor of Aunt Vikki. Working on it was a lovely way to connect with her spirit and remember some fond memories of doing crafts together.

I have very fond memories of Vicky, My husband Pat and i spent many evenings together with Jack and Vicky. I meet her when i hired her for the position in accounting at Sears at Overlake. I was her boss. I remember the visits from Jack and her when they had been to Tucson and stopped and visited. I believe if i remember correctly Jack III was about the same age as my son Shawn who passed in 2018. she will be missed

I will forever remember the warmth of her smile, her gentle touch, and her concern for others, especially the children. Our lives, our hearts and our spirits are forever welded together. The experiences we shared over our 6o+ years together and the memories we made together will carry me through until we meet again in heaven.

I have really fond memories of doing craft projects as a kid with Aunt Vikki, including cross stitch. Will always remember her excitement for that and her loving hugs. Sending lots of love to Uncle Jack and all their kids, grandkids, and great grandkids. Courtney

My first memory of Vikki was when the doctor arrived at our Tucson home, carrying his little black doctor bag. I was only about 6 at the time and I was sure he was bringing the baby Vikki was expecting in that black bag. She thought my comment was sweet.
Married to my brother, Jack, Vikki became another sister to me. She took care of me and my brother, Jeff from time/to-time. I loved going to Jack & Vikki´s Tucson house, playing in their backyard and inside the house. I recall being in awe of her perfectly organized linen closet. Every item was neatly folded and organized by color. At six years old, I was enamored by it and indeed went on to become a fastidious adult who enjoys everything to be orderly. I am confident that trait was born out of my early exposure to Vikki´s closets.
You are missed, my sister.

I was five years old when I first met Vikki. She married my brother, Jack and became another sister. I have many fond memories of her babysitting me in Tucson - going to Jack and her house and being enamored by the tidiness of her linen closet. That had a profound effect on me - one that I have carried into my adult life. I am fastidious, almost to a fault, traceable back to time spent with Vikki.
Later in life, I was very touched by how genuinely and quickly she welcomed our mom to live in her and Jack´s home, after our dad died. She gave up the bottom floor of their home so mom could have her own bedroom, bathroom, and living room. While mom was also always welcome upstairs, and did enjoy many of her meals with Jack & Vikki, it was nice thst she also had her own "home" on which to retreat. Beyond the display of generous spirit in opening her home, Vikki also went out of her way to show my mom how much she was loved.
Vikki was definitely one in a million. She will be missed.
