Semeiks, Vilma Victorija CASTLETON Vilma Victorija Semeiks, 96, passed away on Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at St. Peter's Hospital. Vilma is survived by her children, Ivars Semeiks (wife, Barbara) of Coxsackie, Andrew Semeiks (wife, Pamela) of Castleton, Ilga Semeiks of Washington, D.C., Valdis Semeiks (wife, Penny) of Sand Lake; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Vilma was predeceased by her husband, Alfreds R. Semeiks, in 2011 at the ripe old age of 95. His ashes were returned to the old country. Her ashes will now be returned to the beautiful cemetery on a hill outside of Limbazi, Latvia, where she will rest happily forever next to Alfreds, her mother and father, and the rest of the family. A memorial service will be held at the A.J. Cunningham Funeral Home, Greenville, on Saturday, November 2 at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the Latvian Relief Fund of America at www.lrfa.org.
