Vince was one of my favorite people to run into in the halls of Romona - he was always so happy to be there, sharing the day with the girls through volunteer opportunities - he was always so proud! All 3 of my boys have been in class with Paige and Miranda at some point during their time at Romona - both your girls are just wonderful. We are looking forward to sharing our lives through the rest of our years in Wilmette with your family. I am so sorry for your loss Coach Landon. My heart goes out to you and the rest of the family during this difficult time.

Vince was taken from us too soon, it is unfair that such a smart and talented young's man life has ended with so much living left to do.

I didn't know Vince personally. I met him through his sister's eyes since our early friendship years in medical school when she always talked so proudly about her “little brother Vince.” I learned to respect his talents and achievements and on one occasion got wisely advice from him on a situation I had here in Jersey with my construction contractors.

In ways we don't understand, our loved one will be present in our lives forever. Keep the faith, God and love will lead you through this horrible pain. May the peace that comes from the memories of love shared with him comfort you and your family now and in the days ahead.
