Vince was my City Attorney during the 80's. He always gave the City Council and me thoughtful and prudent advice. He was indeed a mainstay of my Administration. I am so sorry for his loss. I wish the best to his lovely family and God Bless.

Sincerest condolences to Eileen and all of the familia of Vince. I served as his secretary/legal assistant when he was the City Attorney and then Assistant U.S. Attorney, and he was a blessing as a “boss/friend” who was respected and liked by everyone. Blessings for God’s peace and comfort to all of you at this sad time.
