I lost my buddy, Vinny. I was very sad, felt down and despondent but when I got to the viewing & I saw him lying there I felt so much better because he was so handsome and at peace. I knew he was home with his maker. He is in a better place. No more pain, no more sorrow. He is with Beadie and God. What better place could he be? My job is finished; God's purpose has been accomplished. Some people stay for a while I was able to stay with them to the end. I loved both of them and I know I will see them again one day. I was blessed to be a part of their lives. May their souls rest in peace. Juliette F. Skurka May God grant you and your family comfort.

The dictionary defines a Renaissance man as a present-day man who has acquired profound knowledge or proficiency in more than one field. Vinny was every bit a renaissance man, as well as a loving father, husband and grandfather. I was honored to have know him. You were blessed to have had him as a father. I hope that the fact that he lived a long life surrounded by those who loved him brings you peace in the days ahead.

We are heartbroken to learn that our dear friend has passed. He was a wonderfully wise and caring man that had a great sense of humor and a smile we will never forget. He was not just a friend, he was family. We will miss you Vinny. All our love...forever.

Uncle Vince,
We will never forget your famous smile, especially when you were playing the violin. We will miss, you and always remember you and that smile while we watch our Vincent carry on and honor your name. We never got the chance to tell you.... he wants to be a teacher of young men like yourself.

Vince, You were a good man, a great family man, and never had a derogatory word about anyone. Also, you were like a father to many Junior High and Middle School students. It was honor to serve on the same faculty with you for over twenty-five years. You will never be forgotten by your colleagues and friends. Rest in Peace. Ron Leuci
RIP Vince

Vince, let me say everyone knew you were a wonder man that had all the best things to offer in advice and friendship. You supported and lead your family with pride at all times through the good and bad times. I held the utmost respect for you. I always enjoyed your recaps of the glory days of the NY Giants games. You'll never be forgotten.
