Vincent James Speach Jr., a devoted family man, business owner, and lifelong outdoorsman, passed away peacefully on September 10, 2025, at the age of 70.
Born on March 16, 1955, in Syracuse, New York, Vincent later made his home in Apollo Beach, Florida. A man of great determination and skill, he owned and operated his own construction company for many years. Through his hard work, he not only built homes and infrastructure but also created a lasting legacy of dedication and craftsmanship that his family deeply admired.
Outside of work, Vincent found joy in fishing, boating, hunting, traveling, and restoring classic cars. These passions reflected his love of adventure, the outdoors, and working with his hands.
Vincent was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Edna Mae Speach, and his son, Vincent James Speach III. He is survived by his loving daughter, Emily Victoria Marie Brennan; grandchildren Jasmine Speach, Victoria Faye Schultz, Vincent James Speach IV and Jack Anthony Brennan; and great-grandson Vincent James Speach V. He also leaves behind his cherished siblings, Jack Speach and Maryland Speach, along with many friends and colleagues who will miss him dearly.
A funeral service will be held at St. Anne Catholic Church, 106 11th Ave NE, Ruskin, FL 33570, on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.
Vincent's life was a testament to perseverance, love, and family. His legacy will live on through the many lives he touched, the work he built, and the family he cherished.
