VACCARO Vincent Vaccaro Bakery owner, headed Bakers Board of Trade, of Clark, 74 Vincent Vaccaro, 74, of Clark died Monday, Oct. 1, 2007, at home. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, Oct. 5, at St. Agnes R.C. Church, Clark, at 9:45 a.m. The funeral will be from the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Ave., Roselle Park, at 8:30 a.m. Entombment will be in St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia. Visitation is 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday. Born in Elizabeth, Mr. Vaccaro moved to Clark in 1956. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and owned and operated Vaccaros Bakery in Colonia since 1956. He was the president of the Bakers Board of Trade and a founding trustee of the Grand Centurion in Clark for many years. He was an honorary member of the Colonia Volunteer Fire Department. Surviving are his wife, Catherine (nee Manello); two sons, Vincent and his wife, Eileen, and Michael and his wife, Rosangela; two daughters, Vicki Herbig and her husband, Jim, and Phyllis Vaccaro and her husband, Jack Wuagneux; 11 grandchildren, Michael, Nicole, Kristin, Vincent, Angelarose, Michael, Cathryn, Kelsey, Danielle, Jessica and Brooke; also surviving are loving nephews and nieces.
