To the entire Mobley Family. Please accept my most sincerest, heartfelt condolences and prayers for your loss of "Fella." I was just told about the transitioning of my neighborhood friend and Spiritual Younger Brother. As I write these words, I'm getting visions of the old neighborhood and me walking to 23rd & Arthur St. across from Banneker School. Fella always spoke to me. He never said much but I knew he was a guy. I remember seeing him around the neighborhood almost every day, but mostly in front of his house. I haven't seen him in many years but he's a young man who I will always remember because of the respect.
May he Rest Peacefully .
"Your Neighborhood Big Bro.,"
