To Vanessa and the entire family- you all have my deepest sympathy. Ms. Caldwell was one of the most pleasant people I've encountered. As a young man in church at Union Bethel, she was always a source of encouragement. You all will be in my prayers in the days to come, and I pray that God will give you strength and comfort.

God bless.

To the family of Viola Caldwell,
You have our deepest sympathy.
Vi was such a lovely person and a dear friend. I met Vi at Lackey High School. She was guidance counselor to all 3 of our children.
After her retirement, we stayed in touch. We would meet occasionally for breakfast or lunch, and had many laughs over the telephone.
I have so many dear memories. Hold dear to your memories.
Vi was such a beautiful reflection of God's love.

Sending my condolences to the Jenkins and Caldwell families on the loss of your loved one. I had the pleasure of working with Vi at Lackey High School many years ago and have only the fondest of memories. She was a friend and a mentor; a consummate professional; a confidant. May the memories you hold sustain you in the coming weeks and may God's grace shower you with strength.
