Violet Pickering

PICKERING Violet (Vi) The family circle of the late Violet (Vi) Pickering wish to convey their sincere appreciation to all who sympathised with them during their recent very sad bereavement. Thanks to all the kind neighbours and friends who called at the home, brought gifts, sent cards and all who sent donations in lieu of flowers to Christ Church Castledawson and Bellaghy Presbyterian Church, and those who attended the funeral. A heartfelt thanks to all of the carers for all their professional care and respect given to Vi over the last 6 years in her home, and for faithfully attending the home during the very hazardous weather over Xmas. Thanks also to Isobel Johnston and Annie Martin for all their care and kindness to Vi in recent months. In addition, thanks also to the Dalriada Doctor on Call, and especially the nurse who called during the night who was very skilled and supportive. Special thanks also to Archdeacon D.S. McLean and Reverend John Pickering for conducting the funeral services and to S.H. HamiIton, Funeral Service for the efficient way the funeral arrangements were carried out, and finally thanks to the PSNI for their support. Trusting this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of appreciation.
