I’m so happy that I had the chance in the past few years to rekindle the friendship that Ginger and I shared as grade school friends. She was my ‘bestie’. Oh, the stories we revisited. But most of all, I am thankful for the love and kindness that she instilled in my heart. She added to my life in more ways than most people. I loved her as a child, and I will love her forever. Rest now, my friend. I hope to see you when my day comes.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends. Please take comfort in the words found at 2nd Thessalonians 2:16,17.
