VIRGINIA HALL Obituary

HALL, Virginia Owen, 87, of Chesterfield, went to be with the Lord July 31, 2013. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Wilbur S. Hall; her parents, Richard Henry Sr. and Jennie Vaughan Owen; and siblings. She is survived by her only daughter, Deborah Hall Morgan; three grandchildren, Kimberly Harley, Timothy Morgan and James Morgan; seven great-grandchildren, Mark and Elizabeth Harley, Mitchell, Ella, Belle, Ty and Ryker Morgan. Virginia retired in 1985 after 30 years of service at SunTrust Bank. The family will receive friends 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at Bliley's -Chippenham, 6900 Hull Street Rd., where a celebration of her life will take place 10 a.m. Saturday, followed by a graveside service at 2 p.m. Saturday at Public Fork Christian Church Cemetery, 1700 JEB Stuart Hwy., Red Oak, Va. 23964. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.

Kim, Jim and family,

I so enjoyed getting to know Virginia over many years of taking care of her eyes. She was such a delightful patient who always was interested in my activities and family.
I was especially grateful for getting to know Kim and Jim after Virginia generously funded their Lasik surgery with me.
My condolences to all your family who certainly had the privilege of being in the presence of a really wonderful lady.
