I only knew Ginger for about 2 years..but it was the best 2 years with a new friend.
We ate lunch together at Sam's on Old Hickory Lake, we talked on the phone about BEQ and we went on a great 7 day cruise to St Maarten, St Kitt, and Puerto Rico. Needless to say her passing has left a huge hole in my heart. Bless you my friend.

Our memories rest in peace as I know you missed your family so much as well as Brian. Oh the memories that "flood my soul". We shared so many wonderful times like freezing collecting for March of Dimes door to door and we did to please your Dad and Uncle Percy. How we would get back to National Guard Armory and count our money and drop in the big buck. Warm up with hot chocolate and breakfast Aunt Judy had fixed. How in summer we would drive out to Coope&Martin to take Mom lunch. And she would always remind us to be good. How many Johnny Mathis records did we ruin as we fall asleep after Friday night football games to him singing us to sleep or crying over a boyfriend. How many times we sat under an umbrella in the rain to watch track meets so You could see your secret love--Lannie McGhee run or the double dates with the Maplewood football guys. The trips to Gatlinburg with your Mom/Dad and the time to TN Weslynn for Camelot Play--such beautiful Cherry blossoms your Mom and I loved it. The times when I was at Belmont and called and you said I already called Mom you are stopping by--help yourself to my gown closet and I would take a couple back with me to a function there. THANKS so MUCH GINGER for all the times we laughed, cried, had family fun together. How unselfish you always were and shared your good fortune with so many others and blessed their lives. I shall look so forward to seeing you again the other side of Heaven. I will always love you and be grateful for all the love given me by you and your beautiful family during our teen years and beyond. PRAISING our LORD for HIS kindnesses and friendships given. Treasures of our hearts--how blessed we were as Teens to have the family we were given. I loved our Sundays after church eating dinner at your Grandmothers too. She was a jewel as you my friend. RIP with all you loved animals--now that "Rainbow Bridge" comes to life--know you are giggling and kissing them all. XOXOXO

Our time goes back to 1971. Beta Sigma Phi, our weddings, deaths of our spouses and our trip to Italy, France and Spain. I'll always have fond memories and will miss her dearly.
