To the Preston Family,

In 1967-1968 your Mother was my 5th grade teacher. I was not always the best behaved little boy, but your Mother overlooked that and treated me very kind and special. I have always remembered her tenderness and kindness to me.

Ethel. Donna and family, to you goes my heartfelt sympathy for your loss. Mrs. Preston was a unique individual. She was so gifted with so may talents. Even though it has been years since she lived on Rabbit Hill, your mother would come to mind each time I drove past her old drive. May our dear Lord and Saviour be with with you and give you comfort at this time.

Ethel: Your mother and daddy were 2 of my favorite peope in Green Spring when I was growing up " the terror" of the community. They both were "quaint" people. Sorry for your loss.

MY thoughts and prayers are with you both, in this time of loss. Myself and two brothers thought so much of your mom & dad.growing up on the farm they maid us fell like we not the hired help kids but like just part of the family. Virginia will be missed very much.
