VIRGINIA VIVADIO Obituary
Peacefully, in her Kennedy Twp. home, on Tuesday, September 13, 2016, formerly of Carnegie. Beloved wife of Albert Vivadio; mother of Cynthia Vivadio and Albert II (fiancée Courtney Romano) Vivadio; loving and devoted friend of Autumn; sister of Sharon Teyssier and Edward Balchon; also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins. Virginia was a former employee at PNC Bank of Crafton for many years. Visitation 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday at the SCHEPNER - McDERMOTT FUNERAL HOME, 165 Noble Ave., Crafton. Mass of Christian Burial 1 p.m. Friday St. Malachy Catholic Church.

I worked with Virginia at PNC Bank in their Crafton office in 1975 and 1976. I worked as an account advisor, and she was a teller. She was so fun to be around, and we worked with a great bunch of other women. I have many fond memories. I'm sorry to learn of her passing, and I'm sending you all my prayers and sincere sympathy. There are some memories that are so strong, they can never be forgotten.
As a little girl, I experienced some wonderful family time in a small backyard in Carnegie, on a backporch swing, and in a kitchen filled with great traditional food.
I am proud to share the name Balchon, with my Aunt Virginia and others.
Peace, comfort, and love to Uncle Al, Cynthia and Albert and our extended family as they go thru this loss.
