In memory of
Debra Groot (Mayhanagian)
March 27, 2025
Dear Nathan, your mom and dad were a special part of my life. I knew of your mother from school days, but I personally got to know her through the savings and loan avenue. I worked alongside her as she delightfully assisted her customers. Her heart was full of sincerity and compassion. It was my joy to be a part of her life. Your dad was a very good friend sharing life since junior high. We could talk about anything from the heart. He loved your mom so much! He was unique (not everyone drives a car with bull horns adorning the hood) and a very creative guitar player.
May you, your wife and aunts and uncles all find comfort as you embrace each other and all the life your mom gifted you with.
Sincerely,
Debra Groot(Mayhanagian)

Hi Mary and family! I'm heart broken over the loss of Vivian. While I haven't seen her in a long time, we did keep touch through Facebook and the occasionally call. We had some great time at First Federal and I'll always remember her little sayings and different words like dingleberries! I would love to know when the memorial is.

Vivian and her mother Polly became my neighbors and friends when I moved next door to their place in Florida. As we move through life we meet good people, perhaps not so good people and some that have no impact. Vivian and Polly were two of the good people, kind and generous. It won't be quite the same without them next door but now with Vivian's passing they will be in heaven together.

I was friends with Vivian in grade school. A lot of memories. She was a sweetie.

I remember Vivian as a good friend of Kathy and I remember Paul as a wonderful and kind husband. I worked with Jathy for many years as Fox 17 and she and Vivian were the "Porch Tramps". What a pair. Vivian was warm and fun and all of us who knew her will miss her. One other note. When she was going to the bank she was going to get "dolly bucks". Another Vivian expression!! Rest in peace Vivian. You were and still are a wonderful light.

She was a great lady, Nate. Her generosity with your pool on Plymouth Terrace made for some awesome summer days, and I know Gina and Lee loved their time there. What a gift she gave the neighborhood kids (and their parents), a gift we still remember fondly. In fact, every time we walk by your old house, we reminisce about those good, old days. Our condolences to you, Nate. RIP, Viv.
