VIVIAN TAYLOR
LIMA — Ms. Vivian Ann Taylor, age 59, passed from this life on Saturday, November 26, 2016 at approximately 11:50 am. at Kindred Hospital in Lima.
She was born on June 6, 1957 in Lima, Ohio to Leroy and Elsie Mae (Henry) Taylor, Sr.
Ms. Taylor retired from General Motors Corporation. She was a previous member of Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Robert Curtis and also Hill Divine Tabernacle in Conyers, Georgia where she was the Treasure of the church under the leadership of Rev. James Gladen. She was currently a member of In Faith Ministries and a member of U.A.W. Local Union 211.
She leaves to cherish her precious memory 2 sons; Shermaine Upshaw of Columbus, Ohio and Demetrius D. Taylor of Lima. 3 grandchildren. A sister friend; Earlene Foster of Lima. A special niece; Tracie Shurelds of Lima. 2 special friends; Gladys Long and Gloria Russell both of Lima.
She was preceded in death by a grandson; Shamere Upshaw, 2 brothers; Leroy Taylor, Jr. and James Taylor. A sister; Fannie Taylor.
Services will be held on Monday, December 5, 2016 at 12:00 noon at In Faith Ministries, with Rev. Michael Lyons, officiating.
Visitation/Wake services will be held on Sunday, December 4, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with the family will be present from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Jones-Clark Funeral Home, Inc.
