Walter Campbell Jr. Obituary
Born on August 1, 1953, in Weymouth. MA. Walter was the son of the late Walter M. Campbell Sr. and Barbara (Allison) Campbell. He graduated from South Windsor High School, class of 1972. Walter went on to build a successful career in sales at International Trucks, Radio Shack and AT&T, where he was known for his integrity and dedication to his clients.
Walter was a devoted father to his three children, Olivia, Walter III and Connor Campbell. He was also a proud grandfather to three grandchildren, who brought him immense joy.
Wally, as his old friends call him, had a love for his Harley Davidson Motorcycles, enjoying riding with his friends and his son. He was also an avid golfer, music lover and passionate Boston sports fan.
Walter is survived by his wife, Cynthia; his children, Olivia Campbell, Walter (Sarah) Campbell III and Connor (Janelle) Campbell; his grandchildren, Trevor, Hunter, Kellan and soon to be born Beckett; his sisters, Jean LaVoy and Allison (James) Ager; several nieces and a nephew. He was predeceased by his parents, Walter and Barbara Campbell and aunt, Mary "Betty" Allison.
Walter will be remembered for his warmth, sense of humor, and unwavering love for his family and friends. He will be deeply missed, but his legacy will live on in the many lives he touched.
A celebration of Walter's life will be held on Saturday March 22nd from 5pm-9pm at the Sons of Italy on 161 King Hill Road in Braintree MA. Donations may be made in Walter's name to the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation, https://www.cholangiocarcinoma.org/
