Walter Hatch Obituary
He was born March 16, 1929, in Ekalaka, Mont., the son of Walter Casper and Martha Cornelia Benton Hatch.
Walter married Vivian Karge on April 5, 1975, in Torrington, Wyo.
Surviving are his wife, Vivian; five children, Paul (Tina) Hatch, Dale (Brooke) Hatch, Will (Beverly) Hatch, Tracey (Shawn) Rawles, and Eric (Stephen) Hatch; nine grandchildren; a great-grandson; four brothers, Alfred, Benny, Harry and David Hatch; three sisters, Lillian Flowers, Lola Warner and Phyllis Muhm; and numerous foster brothers and sisters.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Jeffery Hatch; and two brothers, Melvin and Calvin.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 8, at Gillies Funeral Chapel, 634 East 200 South, Brigham City.
A viewing will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 7, and from 10 a.m. to 10:40 a.m. Monday at the funeral chapel.
Interment will be in the Utah Veterans Memorial Park at Bluffdale.
