Ruth, this note of condolence is late but we only recently learned of Walt's passing by reading an old edition of The Walsh County Press online. We had the pleasure of meeting and visiting with Walt at reunions in Park River. He was a very nice man. You have many good memories, we know.
May the Lord give you comfort in this time.

Ruth, I am deeply saddened to hear of Walt's passing. He was a wonderful husband, friend and gentleman. He will be sorely missed. Know that Pat and I are there for you in anyway. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and we will see you soon.
