A brother I could always count on to lighten the load of the day with his personality and wit. Never a dull moment

I started my career in CID (1977) using Walt's desk while he was on assignment. He was always smiling and very helpful to me on my new career. I always had fun hanging around with Walt. He made my time at work more enjoyable. He will be missed. God Bless him and his family.

Walt and I worked together from 1975 until he retired in the 90's. A nicer kinder happy person you will not find. His smile and laugh would light up a room. He will be missed. May God bless him and grant him peace. May God also grant Walt's family His blessings.

Walter was a kind soft spoken individual which crossed roads with me as a rookie Special Agent in Cleveland in 1987-1991. He was kind, helpful and always happy. His laugh and good spirit made it fun and a good day for all. RIP my Friend. We will keep you and the family in our prayers.

Walter was a good soul, kind and had a gentle personality. He is missed by friends and family. May he rest in peace and may his family be blessed during this time of grief and mourning. Bill and Linda Elwood
