I'll always remember Col Hogan standing retreat with the cub scouts at Campbell Barracks in Heidelberg Germany in the mid 1960's. He was my Squadron Commander. I'll also remember him as a friend. The last time I saw him, he gave me a $2.00 bill, with a nice note on it, which I carry all the time. A GREAT GUY WHO WILL BE MISSED.

Col. Hogan became a family friend many years ago because of his association with my brother-in-law, Warren White. He brought to our family many happy memories and we enjoyed his kindness and his ever-constant joyful nature. He will be missed and thought of often. Our family would like to express great sorrow for his family members whose life will never be the same in his absence.

After my retirement from the Air Force and during some very rough times, Col Hogan was always there for me and my family. By providing me with work he helped us get through that hard period. He will always be remembered in our hearts for his caring and generosity.
