So sorry to hear this, I just found out on facebook. Walton was such a special guy. My best memories of him are on the football field when we played on the Holy Ghost team. 89 Champs. Condolences

We´re sorry the family´s loss. We´re praying for comfort for the family that loved him so much. We´re so glad we got to know him. He was a very nice person, that helped people when he could. He will be missed by all that knew him.

As a now retired faculty member of Southeastern's School of Nursing, I well recall when Ellienne and Bill were expecting a baby, because I was a childbirth educator at that time and briefly spoke to Ellienne about classes. They were delighted with their new baby boy, Walton's arrival!. I recall seeing that little ginger-haired tyke many times as he grew into a fine lad and eventually a gentleman, husband, father & attorney.
My heart grieves for the entire family at this unexpexted and tragic time. Our Lord's promises are now fulfilled in Walton's life and I pray for comfort and peace to Ellienne, his wife, children and extended family now and during the days to come. With heartfelt sympathy, Cynthia Prestholdt

Walton was always such a great person to know and just to be around. I can't believe he is gone. He was always so fun and treated me well each time I saw him from when we were kids until the last visit we had. RIP my friend. You will be missed.

I am saddened to hear of Walt's death. He was such a nice guy. As a mortgage loan officer, he handled many closings for me. He was always so friendly inside and outside of the office. Prayers and thoughts for his wife, children, and his mother.

I am so sorry I am not there to express to you, face to face, my personal sorrow for Walton's death. My few encounters with Walton only occurred professionally, but I knew more of him through my long acquaintance with you. Please accept my heartfelt condolences. I was saddened and heartbroken when hearing the news. I have such fond memories of Walt from teaching him and his buddy Bill Ross. We had fun times especially the religion project. I will check- in with is son regularly at school. My prayers and masses are with the family as Walt is now with the Creator. He will be in my prayers every year at this time.
