Wanda Lee Ginnings , daughter of John Allen and Lucinda (Perryman) Owens was born on April 13, 1937, in Conway, Missouri, and passed away on May 1, 2025, at her home in Lebanon, Missouri, at the age of eighty-eight.

Wanda professed her faith in Christ as a young girl and was baptized. She frequently visited local churches throughout the area. She was ordained and co-pastored alongside her husband at Faith Temple Church. In later years, she regularly attended Oasis Worship Church.

Wanda graduated from Lebanon High School with the class of 1955 and briefly attended college in Springfield. MO.

On June 2, 1956 she was united in marriage to James E. Ginnings. Together, they had three children.

Wanda was a stay-at-home mother while her children were growing up. She later became an Avon Sales Representative to earn extra money and connect with other women in the community. She was highly successful and received the Presidential Awards for most of the 30-year career.

Wanda is survived by her three children: Susan Frank and her husband, John Lee, John Ginnings and his wife Pam, Frank Ginnings and his wife Kayla; grandchildren: Karla Black and her husband Daniel, Melissa Richards and her husband Robert, James David (JD) Ginnings, Lana Cook and her husband Jeremy, and Adam Ginnings; great-grandchildren: Abigail Richards, Destiny Richards, Brendan Black, Payton Cook, Jackson Cook.

Brother Jim Owens and his wife Jessica, sisters-in-laws Betty Stephens, Alice Ginnings, June Owens and Judy Owens.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband of 56 years James Ginnings; her brothers William, Leon, Donald, Gerald; sister Loretta Lormis; an infant grandson, Jerry Ginnings; daughter-in-law, Loretta Ginnings.
