I knew Dale when he was a driver for Central Valley District. I rode his bus from 1972 to 1975, and he was the best driver I ever had. He always had a smile and a positive thing to say. Thoughts and prayers to the whole family. I will miss him a lot.

Dales enthusiasm for the Valley, especially Greenacres, led to us to buy a home in the Saltese. As was his style, we became more than clients, we were friends. The family friendship grew and led to many found memories of our life in the Saltese. My successful career in school bus transportation was due to Dales influence. Our memories are of Dales positive attitude, cheerful personality, his love for his family and of course the Saltese. Warm thoughts to all of the DeRuwe family during this sad time of loss.
