91, son of the late Floella Smith McDonough of Central City, KY, passed away Saturday, December 12, 2015.

Mr. McDonough was a resident of Glenmary Home in Cherokee Triangle. He was a World War II veteran and survivor of the Invasion of Normandy.

Survivors include a niece and nephew, both of Florida; Lena Lions, his care provider and the veterans and residents of Glenmary Home.

There will be a graveside service at the Fairmount Cemetery, Central City on Friday, December 18, 2015 at 1 p.m. CST. There will be a visitation from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, December 17, 2015 at Ratterman Funeral Home, 3711 Lexington Road, "in St. Matthews."

Memorial gifts in the form of contributions may be made to his church, Central City First Baptist Church, 114 North Third Street, Central City, KY 42330.
