Wayne R. Charette

I just found this and am so shocked. Wayne was a good guy. Handsome and sweet and had a heart of gold. Fly with the Angels and remember Wayne, if you want to talk.... you know how to find me.

I only just heard of this. Wayne was a nice person who always did his best for his customers. We will miss him.

The world is a better place because Wayne was here.

Patti..I have never met you but I feel like I know you...your precious Wayne inspired so many..but you know this..I'm sure you inspired each other and he was able to fight with humor and dignity in part because of you..People say so often you are in my prayers. Wayne or Superman as I still call him was my designated person fighting so hard for everyone suffering with cancer. His horse head and Superman boxers in chemo..Who does that? I mean no disrespect but he still

Wayne was a person who went above and beyond in his work for Hunter Douglas. As a dealer, I would often have questions and Wayne would go beyond what was expected to make sure we had things right. Wayne was patient, respectful and kind. I'm happy to have known him as a colligue and he will be sorely missed! His optimism was and inspiration.

We had a standing joke of pretending to try and kiss kind of loosely based on old Saturday Night Live Skits. The group of "guys" Wayne, Andrew, Phil, Steve, Herman, and Brent were some of the best friends I could have asked for in High School. I felt a special kindred match with Wayne as we tried to good and always have a smile for others. I am so glad he found you to fill his life again with love and happiness. He is a special soul and will shine in all of us far into the future.

Patti, words can't adequately express my sorrow. I only knew Wayne for the 7 short years we were neighbors at The Vineyards but he left an indelible mark on the way I look at the world, making me a better person for having known him. I'm very happy his suffering is at an end but I will miss his quick smile and sense of humor.
