Remembering you in prayer, my friend.

I was one of Wayne's students and a friend when I lived in Dillon. We had lost contact and I am just now finding out he passed away. I had taken Wayne to the V.A. in Bozeman a few times and so enjoyed my time with him. His art and his spirit were and still are infectious in a VERY POSITIVE WAY! May He now create in the Heaven's Gallery!!!!

you not only taught art, you taught us how to blossom as human beings.

A teacher of more than Art, an artist who pushed boundaries.

You were always one of the good guys, always there to lend a hand and see to it that things got done right. As a fellow Navy vet . . . well, I guess I always thought of you first and last as a trusted shipmate. You still are. Rest in peace.

Wayne will be severally missed in this world. He was an inspiration to all of us. Dance with the angels Wayne! Love you

Very sad to know of Wayne's passing. I was one of his T.J. teachers and very much enjoyed his art. His illustrations for the 1963 Spectrum, particularly his sensitive charcoal drawing for two pieces by his classmates, Owen Rodgers and Susy Letcher,is etched in my mind as well as on the page where it beautifully takes form. A soft-spoken, genuinely nice person--a kind person. Just check his eyes and you see that's so.
