Wayne Hubers

Wayne was the Director of Financial Aid at Calvin when I was a new, young director. He was always so kind and helpful - a true mentor. I will always remember his gentle and intelligent spirit. Many prayers for your family. I hope you find comfort in knowing that he is surely walking with his God in heaven.

Please know that all of you are in our thoughts and prayers during this bittersweet time. We know that you will miss his physical presence in your lives but also know that you have the assurance that he is now with his Lord and Savior.

Wayne had that incredible smile and the best hugs! He was kind generous and wise. But the best things about Wayne were his unmistakable love for the Lord and his love and care for Cheryl and his family. He was such a wonderful role model for all of us. We will miss him so much!

I knew Wayne and Cheryl from Calvary church, and from Calvin class of 69´ . He had such a gentle and caring nature in all he did. Sympathy, and love to Cheryl and his dear family.

I´ve worked with some really great elders the past 40+ years. But Wayne was the best I ever worked with. He blessed me in so many ways. May God grant Cheryl and the entire family his rich peace and comfort
