Rest in Peace Wayne. My cousin and myself met Wayne ( we knew him as Chuck ) and his friend Robert ( Bob )and another friend Gary.It was the summer of 1969 and we watched the walking on the moon with them with our family that was vacationing on Fox Lake at a resort called Wagners.Memories that warm your heart we were very young .Wayne and Robert came to visit Milwaukee a couple of times but in time lost contact as happens in our youth. My deepest sympathy to his family and friends ...He did great things in his life.God Bless.

I am Dr. Alva Caldwell, I was one of Wayne's professors in the Course of Study School at Garrett-Evangelical. I remember Wayne as a loving, God fearing man who had a deep love for ministry in Christ's name. He was an excellent student in our program, and on behalf of the seminary and the course of study school, i offer our deep gratitude for his ministry of compassion. Peace to you , Man of God, May your family live into the promise of resurrection. Dr AL

I'm really going to miss him, his sincere love for people, his smile, and his outlook on life. I didn't even realize the impact he had on my son, until this morning when Jacob asked about the funeral, wanting to go. We will always love you Pastor Wayne.

I'm sorry to hear he had to battle cancer. So thankful for his family being there for him. I know when I was battling mine, I was so thankful for their support. God must still have plans for me because I'm a survivor. Thank you dear Lord for your love and keep my cousin in your loving arms. God Bless you

Des & Travis, and boys: Alli and I have been thinking and praying for you. We know it's hard for you, but Wayne will finally be at peace in no more pain. I was lucky to sit with him at our SAGES dinner in April and very much enjoyed my conversation with him. Give the boys hugs from us! They truly looked up to him.
