My condolences to the family. My husband, Louis, thought so much of Wayne and truly enjoyed working with him. He was a special person.

Mr. Kennedy was truly a visionary. Under his direction he developed an outstanding Parks & Recreation System that continues to contribute to the quality of life for the citizens of St. Louis County. It was truly a pleasure to have known and worked for him.

Wayne Kennedy gave me my first big break in the entertainment area and changed my life forever for the good. He was an honorable man who loved his family as well as being a fellow veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Thank you, Mr. Kennedy.
