Happy Birthday to my brother Wayne. I will see you again! Loved and sadly missed by his sister Rita.

Wayne's "3" favorite numbers came up this morning on my clock! He is always on my mind and I miss our Friday nite chats about his week and his quick remarks! Loved and sadly missed by his sister Rita.

To Darlene and Kepley Family,
I was so saddened to hear of Wayne's passing. I am still stunned by the news. Our morning conversations often carried me through the day and will be missed (along with his funny chuckle). Wayne, I will see you again my friend - save me a seat.

Wayne and I became good friends at the Mech. base gym and sat with him often in the sauna. He was such a great personality and I was stunned and saddened. May God bless u Wayne. Bill Wolfe

Mrs. Kepely so sorry for your (our) loss. It was great working with Wayne on the Navy Cash Program, he will be missed.

Dar I was so very saddened to learn of Wayne's passing. I loved his sense of humor. A very good man gone much too soon.

Wayne and I were co-workers at NAVICP Philadelphia and we became fast friends exchanging movie and music reviews. I liked him a lot and will always remember him as will the rest of his co-workers there.

Uncle Wayne was an amazing man. Always kind, always helpful, always understanding always fun. He touched our hearts so very deeply. He will missed by all that had the blessing of knowing him. Uncle Wayne, from your family in Wyoming, We love you and we will see you later.

Wayne was a jovial man and enjoyed talking to me about workouts and healthy food. Most recently, he was so thrilled when I put him in contact with a store that could fix his family heirloom. He told me "she" the stereo still had a lot of life left and he was going to get her working again. I will miss him! May you find rainbows of happiness in the lifetime of memories you built.

Wayne was a great co-worker and friend at NAVSUP - his energy and positive attitude will be missed - it was clear he loved his family, vacations and Philly sports teams. A great guy!
