Wayne was born on October 25, 1941 and passed away on Sunday, August 25, 2019. He was a resident of this area all his life and was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday in the chapel of the Cumby Family Funeral Service in Archdale with Pastor Dave Johnson officiating. Interment with military honors will follow at Floral Garden Park Cemetery in High Point. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Suite 104, Greensboro NC 27409 1-336-834-3354 http://www.cancer.org Visitation at the Cumby Family Funeral Service - Archdale from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on August 29, 2019. Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society, 7027 Albert Pick Rd. Suite 104, Greensboro, NC, 27409.
