Wayne E. "Smuddly" Stroup

I have known Wayne for so many years. His sister Sandy was a good friend of mine thru school and sports. I would remember Wayne and Sandy taking care of their brother Randy and treating him like the super star that he was, I never knew Wayne to never have a smile going and to not know a stranger. He was amazing in his love for his family and friends. I was so honored to have him as a friend.
