Wendy E Dull

Wendy (aka "Wednesday") passed peacefully on April 19, 2023 in her Corrales, New Mexico home after a 21-month battle with Glioblastoma.

In her life, Wend demonstrated again and again to her friends and family her gift of delivering remarkable kindness, sensibility and authenticity to the people in her life. Wendy also was known and respected for her deep love and talents for raising, training, and caring for animals, especially her and others' dogs and her horse Eli.

Her life and career included graduating from Michigan State University (BS Psychology), She loved aircraft and joined Simmons Airlines (Michigan) and later People Express, a major startup in New Jersey. As her life progressed to San Diego, Silicon Valley and finally her beloved New Mexico, she applied her passion for design and gardening in the restoration of four soulful homes.

Wendy also worked endlessly to combat and manage her BiPolar disorder for the past 15 years and to educate on its impact.

She is survived by her mother, Carol and her four younger siblings who she helped raise, Alisoun, Erica, Mark Jr., and Chris. She has also left behind in New Mexico, her husband of 41 years, Tom Stroebel and her dog, Buckets.

Special appreciation to the University of New Mexico Hospital's NeuroSurgical and Cancer Center teams, the emotional support of her Friends and Family, and the inspiring spirit of New Mexico. Together, they helped us double, if not triple, her life expectancy from this terrible disease.
