It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Dr. Wieslaw Urbanski, surgeon and anesthesiologist, beloved husband and loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He leaves behind Jadwiga, his wife of 65 years, his two sons, Christopher (Joyce) and Pierre (Danielle), his grandchildren Emmanuel (Laura), Emily (Hugo),Gabrielle, Julien, Pierre-Alexandre, Pauline, Jean- Thomas and his great-granddaughter Delfina. We wish to extend our warmest thanks to the 10 - East team of Saint-Luc Hospital for their warmth, patience, kindness and understanding, particularly in his last days. Visitation will be on Friday, February 20, 2015 7 p.m.-9 p.m., with a moment of prayer at 7:30 p.m., at Collins Clarke MacGillvray White Funeral Home, 5610 Rue Sherbrooke Ouest, Montréal H4A 1W5. A Mass will be celebrated on Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Outremont Chapel of Mount-Royal Cemetery, 1297 Chemin de la Fôret, Outremont, H2V 2P9, followed by a reception from 11 a.m. -1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Committee for Relief to Polish Children Inc. c/o E.
