I was sadden to hear today that he departed, I always remember him fondly, he gave my dad the gift of sight barely charging him anything, and on payments because my dad had no money nor insurance in 1986

Bill had a passion for the game of golf.I was fortunate to join him and his friends in a weekly foursome for a number of years. He was a great friend and i will miss him.

Bill was a close personal friend, business partner and golfing buddy. He was a kind, gentle man of integrity who will be greatly missed.
