I have fond memories of Will when we both were working. I was a nurse in the Emergency Room and we shared a lot of functions. Patients,Teaching, The 15 minute program for teens and driving and drinking. We were young ,
Enthusiastic, and out to save the world. And He was always with that smile!

I knew Willie back when he first came to Fort Bragg, not a better man could be found today. I enjoyed the time i spent with Willie in the Fire Department, and they time away from the Fire Department with Willie and his wife Janet. Hopefully Fort Bragg will realize the goodness this man brought to the community, he will be missed. R.I.P. my friend.

My thoughts and prayers are with you all. I remember Willie in his Fireman's dress uniform at the fire station. Dad sure loved to torment Willie with his endless teasing. He was a good friend to Dad and our family.

A life well lived!! Willie was a very good friend to our family. I remember a time when you lived on Lincoln Street. You were remodeling the kitchen and Dad came over to help and managed to leave with the old cabinets. Those cabinets are still in use over 50 years later at our Cabin in Manchester. Hugs to you and your family.

A life well lived!! Willie was a good friend to my Father. I remember the day we went to your house on Lincoln Street when you were remodeling your kitchen. Dad salvaged the glass front cabinets to repurpose for our cabin. They are still there and in perfect condition. I think of you always when I see them. Hugs to you and your family.
