Mr. Will was one of the kindest men I've ever met. He was the epitome of selfless and sacrificial and I aspire to be more like him moving forward in my own life. Both personally and on behalf of CityTeam, we thank Mr. Will for his commitment to improving the lives of families in Chester and for exemplifying how we should love our neighbors, whether states away or right next door. What a blessing to have known him.

I am deeply sorry to hear this sad news. Will was a Quaker tour de force, a remarkable blend of courage, wisdom, intelligence, humanity, and humor. Nearly everyone seemed to either know Will or know of him. He was the very model of an active and determined Quaker advocate, who said a standard for others to follow. A bright light has gone out in our community, but burns like a candle in our hearts and minds. His Inward Light has now turned outward.
