William Alexander "Alex" Seagle passed away peacefully at his home in Cuero TX on Friday, November 15, 2024. His loving wife, Kelley, was by his side. Alex was well known for his kindness, his love of music and his sharp wit. Always the Southern gentleman, Alex had a way with words and a deep, baritone voice to deliver them. He was born on July 6, 1957 in Memphis TN. Alex was educated at Memphis University School followed by University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, San Diego State University, and graduating from Southern Methodist University where he met the love of his life, Kelley Schott Seagle in 1978. They were married on July 19, 1985 and spent the next 40 years together in various cities from Vero Beach FL, to Long Beach CA, to Charlotte and Shelby NC, to their current home in Cuero TX. Alex was a wonderful husband, son, brother, uncle and Godfather. He leaves his wife Kelley, sister Adrienne Fuston (Danny), niece Mandy Brown (Paul), nephews Jay Fuston (Sarah) and Will Fuston (also Godson). Alex is preceded in death by his parents Bill and Claudia Seagle. A special thanks is given to Keith Schott and Tina Garcia who gave their unwavering support to both Alex and Kelley.
