William Bartlett Sr.

Pat was a wonderful friend and colleague. He was an expert in hydraulics and other technical subjects. He was well liked by all who knew him. Members of juries across the country thought the world of him. He will be greatly missed by his many friends across the nation.

May God Bless his noble soul and give comfort to his family at this sad time.
