My first memory of Billy was when he came to our home as a foster child. We finally had a boy in the family and quickly took him under our wings!! Within a couple of years, he became my official brother. May you "REST IN PEACE" ...

Best breakfast cook everrrr.... such a kind giving caring friend Taz helped me when I was at my lowest point in life living at the shelter getting out of a domestic violence situation . He was always right there to just listen or help anyway he could . He was one of the best people I've ever known . He never judged anyone. He didn't care he just wanted to be your friend. I miss him .

Taz was a truly funny guy. BEST breakfast food I've ever had was cooked by him!! He could make a meal out of virtually nothing, and it was good!!
I used to see him walking all over the city. He lobes music and could tell you facts about bands and singers that toud never know. I know the love he had for all of his children, even though he didn't feel he made the best choices for them sometimes. But he was proud of them all, and spoke of them often. Taz was a good guy, who had a good heart, that others didnt always treat that well. He went through a lot in life, and I hope he's at peace and back with loved ones that he missed. See you again some day Taz!! Condolences to his family, his children, and to his good friends.

He was a really nice guy. Would give anybody the shirt off his back. No matter where or when I saw him he always was happy. I'll never forget you always called me kid even though I'm over 50 years old. LOL
