Mr. Longino, age 69 of Charlotte passed away at his residence on Friday December 26, 2014. He was born May 24, 1945 in Bryan, TX son of the late A. B. and Audrey Williams Longino. Mr. Longino was a U. S Army veteran, was formerly active at the Senior Center on Tyvola Road and enjoyed bowling at Park Lanes. The family will receive friends starting at 1:00 P. M. Monday December 29, 2014 at McEwen Service Charlotte Chapel, 5716 Monroe Road Charlotte, NC 28212 with a service to follow at 2:00 P. M. in the funeral home chapel conducted by Reverend Doctor Buddy Pigg. Entombment will follow at Sharon Memorial Park Mausoleum. Mr. Longino is survived by his wife of 34 years, Betty Logino, son Shannon Logino of Charlotte, daughter, Julie Dean of Centerton, AR, Stepson Scott Mangrum and wife Jessica of Charlotte, five grandchildren, Blythe Reid, Brooke Dean, Alex, Darby and Layla Mangrum. Memorials should be made to the donor's choice.
