William A. Borders

For a man who lived and saw so many things, Bill was humble and unassuming. I will always remember Bill's kindness and encouragement when I needed a lift.

Bill Borders was a fine man. He was intelligent, curious, fun-loving, sensitive, and thoughtful. I knew Bill for 60 years. The pleasure was all mine.

Bill Borders was unfailingly kind, fair and honest and I will always be in his debt. RIP
